From government operations to combating deepfakes, AI is at the center of legislative dialogues and while awaiting federal action, state legislatures across the country have introduced, and passed, AI bills targeting data privacy, bias and discrimination, facial recognition technology and deepfakes.

But did you know there is no single/standardized definition of artificial intelligence?  In fact, AI is both a technological concept and a category of tools powered by advanced mathematical models and data. And while AI is not new, it is rapidly changing and evolving with associated risks and benefits.
